I didnt need stitches with mine just make sure you really listen to midwife when they tell u to stop pushing as you cant feel the burn of the head crowning think thats why so many end up with stitches they cant feel when to stop pushing, the midwife will let you know so just be really carefull...

Iv had an epi and a natural labour and I have to say the natural way was a much better experience for me im hoping I can do it again this time, I didnt have to have a catheter with my epi though that would have deffo put me off as they scare the hell out of me I felt forced into getting it...

Thank you im so pleased its such a relief that I can just relax and wait for normal labour to start now. Iv been having a few little niggles allready but nothing major hubby says he would love her to be born on fathers day but iv a feeling we will be waiting a lot longer than that haha x
