I think a feed should be about half their weight in oz so if your baby is 10lb then they will take 5oz in a feed. Obviously this is just a general guide and your baby will probably be hungrier first thing in the morning.

This has happened to me and my daughter this week. Monday and Tuesday night she was feeding non stop during the night plus a top up of formula. She's been fine the past couple of nights tho so just putting it down to a four month growth spurt.
