I couldn't wait any longer and I tested - there was a line al be it a very feint one! Think I'll wait 48 hours then test again just to be sure!!

I'm sure the more I'm thinking about it the more syspetoms I am getting! I will just have to try to shut it out of my mind for the next week and see what happens x
