Yes sharp pains now and then, think you are right just paranoid and it's trapped wind, will ring hospital if gets worse x

Have had a funny feeling belly all day, past few hours it's got worse, not sure if it's just trapped wind as can't go toilet feels like I need too but nothing, also feel totally stuffed and haven't eaten much today and getting pains in belly, any ideas? Am 38 weeks
