You should beable to be seen by any of the midwifes available by just calling in. If you hear nothing tomorrow, I'd be inclined to just call up at your antenatal clinic and ask to see someone. Tell them how worried you are. Hope you get sorted soon x

yes Jay Jay, good point, it does sound like carpal tunnel....my friend had it when she was pregnant and was in such agony, she asked if she could be induced at 37 weeks. Would be worth mentioning that to your doctor or midwife. Baby starts to have less room to move around about this stage....so...
