Ouch. It could be a cyst or abcess. I get them n dr prescribes antibiotics to get rid the infection and they usually go down in swelling.

Maybe get some opk tests then so u know it's unlikely u could get preg around af time tho, u ov two weeks before your period starts so if u know roughly when that will be u can tell when you'll ov
