thats so funny vectra, one of the smells im getting every time i stand near the washing machine is of wet dog. we have a cat but no dog. i was even sniffing the cat bed to see if thats what is reeking but it isnt... wtf is it?!?! :think:

has anybody ever noticed in their previous pregnancies that their sense of smell went into overdrive? Everything in the kitchen seems to smell so strong and the last time I was pregnant this happened. Could well be I just want it to be true but it seems unlikely so soon into trying and am over...

personally i find that while most stuff is freezable, some of it still requires heating in the oven which takes a while, so for me that defeats the object. Fish cakes and things that benefit from a crispy outside won't thank you for being put in the microwave so I don't bother freezing that sort...

I think I would fall in the 'avoid shopping with baby' camp. James hates it and gets cranky and so do I! I like the suggestion of going when you can be sure of OH being here for baby duty and spend your mums birthday more locally with Ryan.
