It's def normal. You just need to stick at it. Problem is not all babies take dummies. Just try and sleep when the baby sleeps. Our daughter is a week old and it's just, just starting to get better!! 3 hour sleeps every night for my wife...! She will be expressing soon which means I can help...

I think it's very dependent on your hospital. My wife had a MMC last year and we said very bluntly to them that we wanted an early scan. They couldn't say no lol she's now 39w...

U can get rocking Moses baskets now. We didn't go for it as we have a cat and didn't want it falling over (the Moses basket not the cat!)
