James loves his water more than his milk to be honest and does a whole bottle 9/10oz through out the day, this is along side his 2/3 7oz milk bottles and 3 meals.

I've had a natural birth with DD and a planned section with DS the section was bliss, easy and pain free, recovery for me was fab too all healed externally in 10 days and no pain whats so ever :cheer:

As soon as i stopped bleeding, although i had a "night off from the bleeding" about 2 weeks into the 4 of bleeding and i jumped him then :lol:

I had 19 staples which were taken out on day 10, i was completely healed by this point with no pain i can recommend them highly oh and also take arnica ;)
