My LO has been on stage 2 since we started bottle feeding. The stage 2 ones came with the bottle so I thought I'd try them 1st and he seems really happy with it. He feeds well & it doesn't seem too fast for him at all. He never chokes or spits milk out. I think it just depends on your LO.

If you are worried then just give your maternity unit a call, get a second opinion. At least that way it will put your mind at rest & save you from worrying about it. Thats what I would do, I went to the hospital a few times to get checked out when I was pregnant, it always turned out to be...
