Hi everyone. Im 24 weeks pregnant and im a little overweight. I had those few extra pounds before i became pregnant lol. I was just wondering if its safe to exercise to try to lose some flabby bits now then ive not got as much to lose when the baby is born? I only mean about 30 mins of jogging...
I had my scan today and its a baby boy :)

I wouldnt know what to look for with the nub. Ive read about it but im useless lol. Yeah were going to find out hopefully. We both want a boy but as long as he/she is healthy i dont mind :) x
Im 19 weeks now. The pic was taken at 13 weeks. Unfortunatly i was only offered the one picture so i cant post any more :(
