just a normal preggo book should be ok. miriam stopard does a good one.

ive done that and it works. if its a little stain then scrunch it into a ball and tie it with a bobble then put just that bit if the fabric in the bleach for about 5 mins or so. then stick it in the washer. If its a big stain just shove it all in bleach for a while. Nowt to lose really have you?
