I never found any short cuts really. I wore Niamh in a moby everyday. Once you get to grips with the masses of fabric you can put it on really easily. After a few goes you get to know how much fabric you have left to knot.

My first was a pill baby, I was 12 weeks and 3 days when i found out. I was very good at taking the pill, I had no symptoms and had regular periods for the first 3 months! So it was a huge shock!!
