Im going to make up a little hamper, have a nice candle lit bath, takeaway and dvd but we are having valentines day the weekend after as we r movin and my DD is at her dads that weekend :) i like all romantic stuff but my OH never knows what to do so i arrange everything that i want haha! x

oh and most estate agents need guarentours if using DSS, it covers them and the landlord from losing any money, dont think it goes on age as im 21 now and would need a guarentour again to rent x

i needed a guarentour who could afford a mortgage and my 650 a month rent, think they needed to be on 20 or 30grand a year and i was allowed 2 guarentours to make it up to the amount through an estate agent, id ask them about it x

turns out i wasnt overpaid lol, i cancelled my claim today and she said i wasnt overpaid :) x

did you know you dont need just 1 guarentour you could have 2+ to make it up to the amount that they need to earn thats what i did :) hope this helps x
