hi guys i am 7 weeks pregnant. i have read all this stuff about not eating eggs etc when pregnant. are egg mcmuffins from McDonalds ok to eat? i have been sick all the time and it's the only thing i don't mind eating. any help or experiences will help. thank you. Amee
