Just to be on the safe side i'd go and see your GP. viral infections can be more serious than some bacterial infections. especially because you have a high temperature...dont meaan to be a fuddy duddy but they can cause all sorts of long term damage to your major organs especially your heart...

its ok to empty capsules.. or u can crush tablets, its only dodgy when the tablets are "slow release" because the membrane dissolves slower, but these will be in the form of prescription meds. wot u r doing if fine so dont worry...good luck ttc :D

sorry dont really know how caffeine would affect you ttc, other than it is a stimulant that raises blood sugar and blood pressure. good luck ttc xx
