When you have had a vaginal birth do your bits ever go back to normal?
Im worried sex will never be the same again lol.xxx

Dont worry hun, your body is made to go back to how it was.
It feels different the first time after birth but now i dont feel different and my OH has never said anything is different x x

it was abit strange the 1st time, but besides from that everything is the way it was x

I actually enjoy sex more after I had my kids so I'm not complaining lol!! And everything looks normal and I had 2nd to 3rd degree tear so even though it may not seem like it for a while and everything will feel really heavy it will go back first time sex feels a bit strange but not painful or anything xx

yo! i found that sex was relatively ok after about 2 months, totally normal after 4 months (i had a big tear but no stitches) but the biggest problem was weeing accidentally whilst jumping or running for about a year! i have since been told that i should have been doing lots more pelvic floor exercises after the birth. I certainly plan to do them with my next one, due in 7 weeks!
