I just came across this on Facebook, apparently it is a baby smiling at 5 seconds old! it is just one of the cutest pictures I have ever seen! I am not sure if it is fake or photoshopped but I think it is beautiful!!!!!

I've seen it on Facebook and Oh my God it's so cute!! I can only imagine it's either Photoshopped or mid cry but it's still amazing!!!
