I went from 17 weeks up until 2 days before baby made an appearance and I can't rate it highly enough! You get the right level of exercise and stretching and if really does make a difference to how you feel during the day. During the later stages it also makes a massive difference to how well you sleep.

I went to pregnancy yoga, omg sooooo boring! Maybe it was the one I went to but it was too ethnic hippy for me, all that ommmming & visualising silver threads....not for me, i prefer a nice long walk! X
