Yoga?

    So I've just booked in for my antenatal classes in sept and started looking at pregnancy yoga. Anyone been to classes before? Xx

    I went from 17 weeks up until 2 days before baby made an appearance and I can't rate it highly enough! You get the right level of exercise and stretching and if really does make a difference to how you feel during the day. During the later stages it also makes a massive difference to how well you sleep.

    Have fun, I'm jealous as I used to love those classes!

    I LOVE yoga!

    I've been going to pregnancy yoga since 15 weeks & I love it so much.

    They teach you how to breathe properly too & hopefully Ill be able to put it into practice in labour. And they concentrate on your pelvic floors :)

    I went to pregnancy yoga, omg sooooo boring! Maybe it was the one I went to but it was too ethnic hippy for me, all that ommmming & visualising silver threads....not for me, i prefer a nice long walk! X

    I've just started and its made such a difference to me, my back ache and round ligament pain is all but gone
