Hi ladies,
As a few of you might know i have had a period at all this year which means im nearly 3 months late. Done tests and there all negative.
But im on the pill and ive been coming off for my 7 day breaks to realise no Af.But when testing ive still been on my pill would that be blocking the true result of the test? Not to sure.

Havent been docs yet as im waiting to finish my pill pack in a few days see if Af arrives.

I suppose it would depend on what pill you are on and what is in it.

You're probably best either asking the doc or doing some internet research on your actual pill type

I am no expert on all this but I think that the pill would not hide pregnancy hormones. If you read the info on the test kits it usually says something about medications that affect the results? Thats not to say you arent pregnant though, some people dont test positive for quite a long time.

No I don't think the pill affects HPT's. I remember reading in the packet instructions that the pill does not affect the result.

I believe the only thing that can effect pregnancy test results are fertility drugs not the pill I think quite a few people on here have found out they were pregnancy whilst on the pill. I had this for quite a few months and the not knowing drives you mad but if you were pregnant you should be getting possitive results by now its more likely you are not pregnant (although its not entirely impossible) pregnancy aside you need to find out why you are missing periods so should go and see a doctor.
