Whenever I have one, it seems like all of the muscles around my lower belly /groin area (around the baby) tighten up or contract. It's like a wave that spreads up from my lady bits! Is this normal? It freaks me out a bit and I can't really enjoy it without worrying I'm hurting the baby in some way.

Very normal, don't worry, your muscles contract when you orgasm anyway it's just more noticeable now! Unless you've had any complications and have been told to abstain it's perfectly safe x

Your uterus contracts slightly every time you orgasm but you can't normally feel it.

As your pregnancy progresses and your bump gets bigger, it'll get more noticeable but it's totally normal and nothing to worry about. Unless you've been advised not to have sex then don't worry about it hun, just enjoy!! The extra blood flow can be a big plus when it comes to sexy time :)
