Is it normal to have lower back ache and stomach pains? Sometimes I get a shooting pain when I stand up or move too quickly but then other times it's just shooting pains every now and then! I'm just really worried it's my first baby and I'm 4+6 any help would be appreciated thank you :)

Yep, completely normal. It's the egg burying it's way into your uterus and getting comfy. As the HCG is released, your uterine muscles stretch in preparation

Yep, all sounds completely normal. I'm 12 weeks and still have the lower back ache occasionally and regularly get the shooting pains when I stand up or move too quickly xx

I've been worrying about similar things. Every little twinge freaks me out! There was the faintest bit of blood when i went to the toilet and it worries me. I know these things are generally nothing to worry about...but I think I'm going to be like this till i get a scan!
