this maybe a bit tmi

when i went to the loo earlier and wiped there was a bit of bloody discharge on the toliet paper, i went to the docs streight away and she said it sometimes happens and wait till my scan next week, she said the heartbeat was fine but im still a little worried.
has this happend to anyone else?

I don't know but if doc isn't worried then maybe take her adivce...if you get anymore symptoms go back and maybe take things a litlle easier.

I agree hun, alot of preople have these bleeds in pregnancy and all is ok. Dont fret too much babes i know its hard not to

Pls don't worry too much, i am sure everything is ok. The hearbeat is there and your scan will be here in no time.

I have known of women who actually bleed all the way through their pregnancies and the docs/MW's cannot explain why as the baby is fine and healthy. It's sometimes one of those things.

Try not to worry too much.

I'm sure that your doc would have reffered you immediately if he thought there was something to worry about.

None the less, I can understand that you will be worried.

I agree with rach maybe you should insist on an earlier scan as you don't want to be worrying all week

Don;t worry too much, bleeds are common, if the doc wasn't worried then thats a great sign. If it was something to even slightly worry about then they would have sent you in to be checked to be on the safe side.

it only happened that once when i wiped and ive had nothing since. (thank god)
ive got another appointment at the docs tomorrow, so ill ask them 2 check HB again and im also going to ask if they can check my urine sample just to make sure its not a water infection

thanx, went to doctors today and i have not gota UTI and babys heartbeat was fine so im not worried that much anymore

sorry hun just seenthis post as i dont usually read 2nd tri..i had bleeding at 19 weeks..it was due to changes in my cervix and it was all fine..can happen after sex or just randomly aswell! hope everything is ok!! x
