I'd say the meals I have are fairly healthy, I eat a lot of pasta, bread, salad, meats like chicken beef and pork and lots of cereal! But in between I'm having such pangs of hunger I'm finding it hard not to snack on chocolate and crisps and stuff and it's just suddenly hit me that this could be harming my baby? Nothing's ever been mentioned about me being unhealthy at my midwife appointments, I've gained a lot of weight but I'm tall so people say I look like I haven't put anything on! Do u think I'm harming my baby? Xxx
