Worried about supply

Hi all,

My daughter is 9 months old and until now my supply has been great and we've had no breast feeding problems at all. I had my first period last month but I'm now a week late for when my next should have been.

My supply seems to be dwindling I used to be able to express 2oz in 5 mins last night it took half an hour to get 1oz.

I go back to work in 10 days and I'm starting to panic about her milk intake when I'm at work and that I'm not going to be able to express enough for her!

Hey Hun, when AF rears her face my supply seems to really dwindle and C feeds far more frequently than normal. I am presuming that the hormones released whilst menstruating affect supply?

Maybe wait until AF has finished then see how your supply feels then xx
