worried about something

hello people, i had a baby about 4 months ago which was a ery health happy baby boy. i hae no history of any medical problems but this morning i woke up to hae a wee and my wee was dark brown red and my poo has been quite soft etc. Can anyone let me kno if this is normal after preganacy as I am quite concerned....thanks girls xx
