I've just been out shopping with my mum and i'm knackered.
We only went for a walk around Asda and was out a few hours and i feel so washed out.

My back and legs are painful again just from walking about but whilst we were out my pelvis was aching as well. I'm just beginning to wonder if i don't have Sciatica and it's PGP i've got instead? It seemed to be from bending down to get things off the shelves and just generally walking about.
