wind advice anyone?

Joseph is 5 weeks and has terrible wind, seem to be winding him for ages n he is reluctant to give it up, it prevents him settling to sleep so waking nearly every hour. Tried infacol but doent seem to work anyone have any tips please?

You can use gripe water from 4 weeks it's great and settles really well xxx
 
Is he bottle fed? If so, I'd recommend dr browns bottles x
 
have you tried lying him over you knee and tapping or rubing his back in an anti cockwise direction after using gripe water it my help x
 
dr browns bottles are fab ! also gripe water really will help .
 
Infacol Never worked for mine. Gripe did. AlsO might sound strange but when he was that young, I sat him up, one hand on bac of neck, one under cheek bones, and rocked him backwards andforwards. No amount of tapping his back would wind him, but that did x
 
colocynth crystals worked brill with Emily (recommended to me by health visitor at the time) - and were my first port of call when Fraser got a bout of colic/wind. He burps like Shrek after them!!! They are easily available at the chemist and usable from birth. Good luck
