will midwife get a hearbeat at 15w2

Hi ladies

its another qu from me this morning
I got my dates mixed up -
when i booked my 16 wk appt with the midwife (which is next wk)
it suddenly occured to me that im 15 wks on sunday not 16
so ill be 15w 2 at my 16wk appt
called the surgery to change it and she said - it shouldnt make much difference and just to come in next wk
has anyone been to their appt early and has the MW heard the HB at 15wks??

I was the same! Midwife said to book appointment @ Docs surgery where they had their clinic and the only available day was when I was 15 + 1. Heartbeat was found with no problem It's a lovely reassuring thing to hear. You'll be amazed how loud and clear it is

I found mine at 10 weeks and 6 days on my own in my home using my crappy doppler lol so I'm sure she will find it x

I hope so!! My midwife made me an appointment for Mon after she worked out I,ll be 16 weeks. But in fact I,ll be 15!!

yes, you will def hear a heartbeat at 15wks, you can hear it from 9wks
