i got a wii fit a few days go, i have done 1hr every night. on friday it said i had lost 1 lb. on sunday it said i hadnt lost anything, i then done 1 hr of exercise on it, mainly the arrobic workouts as they make you sweat, weighed myself again and it said i had put on 1 and half lb in 1 hour! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. dunno how realiable it is, but it is good fun, and it gets you up off the sofa and moving so i guess that cant be bad for you!!!
