I've just googled CoQ10 and my mind is boggling at the number of varieties, differ prices and doses! Where do you get yours from?

Thank you - Amy x

I get mine from amazon. I took high dose. 300mg and then I got 400. I took 2 a day xx

Can I ask what this is / what it does?

It is supposed to be good for egg health. I swear by it. Pretty sure it's helped in both my IVF cycles. Plus gives you lovely skin and nails so added bonus xx

I was taking the Puritans Pride COQ10 (200mg) 3 a day which I got from Amazon, but from Mid-April switched to the actual Ubiquinol (sort of like the purer form), more expensive but only take 200 or 300mg a day.

Lisey does that mean you were taking 600 - 800 mg a day?

I have just ordered some tablets but they are 60 mg.. Getting hold of vegan chewable tablets is not cheap! Xx

I get mine from amazon and also use ubiquinol rather than coq10, I take 300mg a day as you need less ubiquinol than coq10.

Yes, I used to take 600mg a day as thats what I read you need to take in order for it to make a difference and then a few months before this IVF I got some 400mg ones so was on 800mg a day xx

I was getting my Ubiquinol from Amazon. 300mg and taking 3 a day, so equaling 900mg. It is expensive but I think worth it x

I think it's totally worth it. I have found some ineffective though, if I don't notice a change in nails and skin then I change brands. I went for solgar last time and was best by far xx

Saw this post and been Googling it for the last hour! XD
It sounds good, but I keep only seeing can take if your over 35? I'm 23 is it ok?
Also can you take with soy (sorry asking too many questions lol)
Read people take it for recurrent miscarriges?! Will deffo try this out now lol.
Lisey could you put a link to the ones you bought please? Xx

My friend is 25 and goes to the same fertility clinic as me. Like me, she has lean PCOS but sees a different consultant to me - she sees a PCOS specialist. The consultant told her to take CoQ10 so I'd say yes, it's ok to take whatever your age. And it's fine to take with soy. X

I am 33 and been taking it for some years so I don't see a problem with taking it. I will try to add link. I got from amazon though. Solgar 400mg xx

Thanks ladies ahh trying so many things! Hope they help lol x

Thank you ladies! Should of just asked you in the first instance rather than getting myself really confused!!
