He couldn't stop you, I think as long as reasonable access was agreed? Maybe get some legal advice. I live 11 miles away from my ex (not sixty, but some distance) - and frankly if I moved further I wouldn't ask him for permission. As long as access is possible, it should be fine x

There is no law to stop you from taking her.

They have introduced an equal rights law type thing for dads as well so that if a parent (dad) wanted to take their child and move, the mother cannot legally stop that either..

I would speak to citezens advice hun. Theyll be able to point you in the right direction.

60 miles isn't too bad, doable for weekends. How often does he spend time with LO? I can imagine it being an issue if custody is 50 50
