When's everyone goin on mat leave?

Just a general question really, intrigued to know when everyone will be leaving.
In leaving 25th August at 28 weeks. I hate my job and I'm also getting a months bonus so money wise it's like I'm leaving 32 weeks haha!

I'm having two weeks Hol before mat leave starts and probably going on Mat leave a week before I'm due.
I'm due 2nd Dec, will take about a week or two before as mat leave and two weeks annual leave before that
So will prob go off at 36 weeks, if I can last that long

I'm thinking of going off at 36 weeks. It's a killer commute so don't know how I'll cope with it - I'm already struggling!

Aw you guys are making me look lazy haha!!!! I feel bad or going so early but I can't go back to the same employer anyway as I'm being made redundant in January 2014.
Oh now I feel I should stay on longer I just HATE my job! X

Im going to try and go as long as I can but purely because I want as much time with baby. Ive got nearly 3 weeks leave left so going to try and save that up too. Sooo cant be bothered with work already though!! x

Don't worry Jodie I can't handle it either, got 3 weeks holiday then going on mat 5th August. I can't stand for 10 hours anymore even sitting is uncomfortable and it's always hot. How long will you take off? X

Aw Jess someone like me! How many weeks will you be? I'll be 33 weeks when the mat leave starts but going at 29 and having my bonus too.
I'm taking my holidays throughout because I Have so many things on.
Well hoping to go back into midwifery and finish off last year in May time ish and just live off OH wages

Ill be about 25 weeks when I start my 3 weeks hols then 28 on mat leave. Think ill take the year why not eh xx

I put in for my mat leave this week. Put in annual leave to only work a 3 day week throughout Sep then taking the rest of me leave to finish on 24th sep with mat leave starting 1st oct and baby due 10th Oct x

Yeah Jess so we will be about the same when we both start out mat leave!!! Sure why not take a year hun!!! I'm just not sure I'll afford it but hopefully I will I'd love to!!!

Vickimo wow your working right up until the end! Gosh I can't imagine sitting in our office in summer heat being nearly due omg lol x

2 weeks before due date but didn't think it was too bad...maybe I'm naive lol I get paid double time each Sunday I work (which is every week) so would rather not finish too early. Plus I'll only be working Sun, Mon & Tue from 34 weeks so shouldn't be too bad I can always bring it forward if it gets too much x

I'm not going to be off until I'm 38 weeks - fortunately I can do a lot of my work from home so I am going to try and 'finish' earlier so at least if I have to work I can be comfortable at home!

Unfortunately I am the main breadwinner in the house so I'm limited on how much time we can afford for me to take off. Being grown up sucks!

I have a months leave to take before my mat leave starts so will finish about 23rd ish August so I'll be about 36 weeks when I finish and I'm already looking forward to it x

I start my mat leave at 30 weeks but finishing at 28 as have 2 weeks holiday. Cannot wait, last day is 4 July & not going back until 20 August 2014!x

I'm taking my leave from 30 weeks which will be around 5 September.

I work in a cafe, serving customers. so I'm on my feet for the majority of the day and feel so exhausted at the end.

I'm taking annual leave the first 2wks in September and the maternity leave the last 2wks, so I'll be 38wks when my maternity leave starts x
