I will def stagger things like dairy / meat / gluten to make sure he is dealing with it all OK. So far he has been amazing so I just want to build on that. I know that for the next few months he isn't really going to be getting any nutrition from the tiny amounts he eats, he is just learning about tastes and textures. I think that is why I am happy for him to try dairy and meat and bread - I know he isn't going to actually eat much. By the time he is older and actually eating to fill himself up he'll be used to these foods??? xxxxx
Yeah I think your right but I do make sure W gets a good amount of dairy because he doesn't drink much milk. So yoghurts, cheese, butter, milk on cereal... Etc... He loves cauliflower cheese and macaroni
