when is everyone starting maternity leave?

I'm hoping to go at 38 weeks, which will be 23rd December! Just pleased I won't have to work Xmas this year going to see on Sunday when I get back to work what holidays i have left to take so might be able to go a bit earlier x

I am going at 38 weeks - 4th Oct. I do have 6 weeks holidays from 28-33 weeks starting in 2 weeks as I am a teacher, but I am only off until Jan as I have a house husband who is a SAHD.
