So I've had my first mc, does my body go back to normal cycle now? For instance , I usually use a period tracker, so after the mc/bleeding do i treat it just like a usual priod? And once I stop bleeding should I expect my usual 29 day cycle or am I gona be mixed up for a while??

Sorry to hear about your loss hon. I'm sure it all depends how far on you were. I was 5 weeks when I mc in April. I counted bleeding as day one of cycle and got my next af 30 days later which is normal for me. I know everyone is different tho x x

sorry for your loss x

I had a mc in May I was 5weeks and I started bleeding on 26th May and bled for 5 days like a normal period. I usually have a 30 day cycle so just counted the first day of bleed as cd1. I think i ovulated 2 days earlier than normal and I didn't get my AF because to my surprise I got a BFP on 20th June.

I think T84 is right though in that it depends how far along you were when you mc.

good luck xxx

Hi sorry I should have said.. I was 5 weeks too, I'm new to the terms,,, whats af and bfp??

Af is aunt flow... Your period and bfp is big fat positive hon. Google pregnancy forum abbreviations hon, I found it really helpful x x

Hi I counted my d&c as day 1 and had a normal 28 day cycle

At 5 weeks ur af is probably gonna return pretty quickly and ovulation maybe a few days later than normal so yer just count first day bleeding as cd 1 , sorry fir ur loss xx

sorry for your loss.....

I counted the day I passed everything (sorry) as CD1 and went from there, I ovulated 22 days after my 7 week mc and 24 days after my 10 week mc! (after my chemical I ov on right day, it never effected things). I usually ov on CD15-17 so it didn't really change things too dramatically.

Sorry for your loss. I had a mc last month at 11+3, I had a positive opk on Sunday which was cd28 after medical management. I usually ov around cd 21 so only a week later x
