when do i stop epo?

when do i stop epo?i ovulatee today or tomorrow, do i just not take it tomorrow and restart it on cd1 again?

also... remind me why im stopping again lol i forget

it did seem to help produce more cm this month

Hi Jojo.
You stop taking it because epo causes your uterus to contract. Deffo don't want that after ovulation! I think stopping the day before ovulation is best and that's what I always used to do.

Yeah thats why. So u stop once ovulation occurs until AF arrives and cd1 starts again, the. U can restart.

I take EPO until my OPK goes positive, so for me that happened this afternoon. I take 2-4 capsules of EPO per day. So today is the last day i will take it. This cycle im ising a clearblue fertility monitor and got my first PEAK reading - so i wont take EPI tomorrow just in case ovulation happened later today/tonight.

Good luck - i think EPO increased CM for me too...

I'm on a very low dose because I was just giving or a shot this month to see if it improves my slight dryness which it did so ill up it next month

This is the hard part because I'm Not symptom Spotting this month
