After my escapade getting to Asda and Tesco last night I'm not attempting to go anywhere

Just going to do some washing and housework and keep warm, my fire is on already

Last night on the way back from town my sons thermometer in the car said -13

We were going to go to pembrokeshire this weekend but OH got offered extra hours today so he's taken it (funding my hypnobirthing classes - fingers crossed) and really the snow is too bad to be travelling.

Im doing laundry. Wild.

Quite seriously, I have a few bits and bobs to do today, like hang up my washing and things, but actually did a scout around the house last night and tidied up quite a bit. Just a sweep and a bit of a hoover and we're done!

Even changed our sheets - we have a huge bed and it's a real trauma changing sheets and duvet covers...hubby wasn't impressed I decided to do it at 2am before we went to bed but clean and lovely sheets for a weekend ...mmmmm

Nothing at all planned this weekend. Have guests staying all next week though, so really should get a move on with the tidying up!

well, back to the OP (i wouldn't want a thread of mamafy's to turn dirty ) we've had family visiting today, we all went too mums and she made a lovely buffet lunch (which i could only eat very little of stupid diet) maddi's staying there tonight and we've haven't got any plans for the rest of the weekend, other than some cleaning, and i have a big external cupboard that need's clearing out xx --- fun
