Well firstly you'll need a folic acid supplement, when you get pregnant you can use a pregnancy multivitamin like Pregnacare or Sanatogen. Actually they are probably suitable for pre-conception as well
Personally I've started off by taking Pregnacare from Boots, they do tablets that contain most of the vitamins that you need (including your 400mg of folic acid) and they do them for different stages of your pregnancy from trying to conceive to breast feeding. I'm taking cod liver oil with extra omega 3 as well as that isn't included (and it's good for you any way).
