What is this please?

Got Cay up this morning, and found this.

There's a coupla little spots there, but no sign of how or why, and I haven't touched it at all.
It wasn't there last night, and there's nothing he could have bumped/rubbed in the night.

Should I worry?

Bit hard to tell from photo hon, but Harry get's the occasional spot on his face/body - babies can get baby acne, so don't know if it's that? See how it goes and maybe get him checked out if it doesn't get better xx

I cant see the pic very clearly, but could it be a heat rash? Hope it clears up soon x

He's been super super grumpy today. He goes for a 45 minute nap at 10, only just got him to sleep at 12, that's really odd for him (although no doubt contributed to the grumpiness).

I don't really think its anything to worry about... It's probably just one of those things, but, it's always better to be safe xx
