Hi All,
I'm a 32 year old and trying to have the first baby. I was pregnent onece and had a miscarriage earlier about 5 months ago. Normally I wait till the 15th day after having my periods and try to conceive after that. But wasn't lucky for the last 2-3 months. Is this the best way to try. Please advice.
Many thanks.

have you tried charting? Ovulation is usually around 14th day, make sure you bd for a few days before! Also use the ovulation tests!

Good luck

If you have a 28 cycle chances are you are leaving it till after youve ovulated . basically u ovulate 14 ( can be 10-16) days before af turns up , and u need to bd for the 3 days before and poss the day after !

hope this helps

Hi there:

Also a 32 year old, one miscarriage, one chemical pregnancy, trying. Although I haven't been able to carry to term (yet!) we are "clustering our activity" (as my family physician puts it) around day 11 to 15 post ovulation. We are also now trying to add every second night to that, which is supposedly ideal in case you ovulate irregularly. We ordered ovulation predictor kits off of a website my fertility doc recommended and plan to try that the coming months. Good luck!
