i have my glucose blood tests on monday... what are they actually for? what does it test for and why do you need to drink 275mls of lucazade...?

it's to see if you have pregnancy diabetes

i'm not that clued up on it to be honest. i had the test too and mine was negative which was good for me. you have to drink the drink so they can measure how quickly you absorb sugar. i think..
