What is going on?

I'm getting so frustrated with my body. Since coming off the pill in Jan AF has been very light and lasting about 2 to 3 days. CD is between 25 and 28. Monday i thought i was due, nothing, tues nothing, yesterday very light pink when i wiped for half the day. By the evening it was gone. This morning nothing again. Is this normal coz it doesn't seem it. I use OPK's so i know i'm Ov but i'm worried why AF is this short. Not even sure whether to call it AF this month ?

Hey hun,

I have no idea if it's normal or not but I came off the pill end of Jan and have had the same. My periods are so light it's just a couple of days and I've had lots of brown spotting too. One month I had a bleed then nothing at all til 2 days later. I think it's just your body getting back to normal post pill. I had my day 21 bloods today as it can be a sign of low progesterone so I will let you know how I get on xx
