What is classed as fmu?

I last peed around 11pm last night but I'm just wondering what is classed as fmu? Is it just the first wee you have of the day? Because I've heard that you should wait at least 12 hours between weeing so that would mean I shouldn't poas until 11am.

I'd class your first pee of the day as fmu. If you peed last at 11pm and are peeing again now, I'd say that's concentrated enough to be good to test xx

I have a very weak bladder and never go the whole night through without peeing...

I class my FMU as the first wee between the longest I haven't pee'd.
