What happens at the 24 week scan please?

Is it just to see that they are growing ok? I imagine it will be quicker than the 20 week scan!

To be honest all the scans ive had have been pretty similar where they spend the time measuring and just checking everything is as it should be, only takes longer when the baby doesnt behave and sits awkwardly.

Thanks! Just had it! It was much quicker, she just checked they were ok and did basic measurements. 10 minutes rather than 90 like the last one!
