What does this look like?

Hello everyone,

My little boy has a rash on his tummy, no where else. He has had it a couple of weeks now. He is absolutely 100% well with no other issues. The rash sometimes turns red and a bit more angry looking if he is overly warm or has a bath. I have so far tried sudocrem, aveeno cream for eczema, baby oil, talc and epaderm. Nothing has taken this rash away. It doesn't seem to be itchy as he doesn't scratch it but it is dry. Is it just simply healing eczema? I have no clue!

my kids get that kind of thing too, I would imagine it’s a reaction to more extreme weather (are you where it’s hot or cold right now?). Get some aquaphor healing ointment, it is magic for all my kids’ skin issues.
