What does Af mean?

I'm new to this site......and after reading a few messages i am confused by the abbreviations.

Please could someone let me know what they all mean.

AF is aunt flo (your period)

I have been browsing this site today and find it really helpful. My husband and i have just started trying for our first baby, so it's lovely to know theres lots of people to chat to who are going though the same thing.
