What do people think of Elsabetta?

Just found out I'm having a girl (after 2 boys)! I really like the following names:
Elsa, Elsie, Betsy, Betty and Etta. I'm finding it really hard to decide which I like the best, then I came across the name Elsabetta, which could have any of these names as nicknames. What do people think, does it sound too fancy?

It's a very pretty name, Italian in origin (although obviously a derivative of Elizabeth!)

never be scared to have a name that is a bit different - it's a good thing (until you want to buy pre-made stuff with names on, lol).....my DD has a 'different' name and everyone always comments how lovely and that they have never heard of it as a first name etc....

i love your name choice and yes you can get lots of shortened nicknames from it that you like also

I like Etta. Im afraid elsabetta sounds made up and a bit forced. ..just my opinion!
