What are you doing different this month?

    Hi lovely..

    I thought I start a new thread and hope you will share what are you doing different this month?

    Or maybe you are already pregnant and would like to share with me what worked for you :baby:

    Here is what I'm already taking:
    Vitamins D, B complex, bee pollen, C and zinc
    Pea protein powder
    Full fat dairy products including milk for my coffee
    Full fat dairy helps O
    Wallnuts
    Brasil nuts
    Sunflower seeds
    Pumkin seeds
    Salmon
    1-2 bananas a day
    Conceive plus fertility gel
    No NOs:
    No alcohol and energy drinks

    New this cycle:
    All above
    2 litres of water every day (to improve ewcm)
    1 glass of real grapefruit juice ( to improve ewcm)
    Exercise at least 30 min walk every day
    Spinach 1/2 bag a day
    Apples (some fruit at least)
    Very little red meat
    Organic home made carrot soup (beta-carotene)
    Cut down coffee
    Eggs
    Beetroot juice
    No nos: no junk food on weekdays!

    Most importantly reducing the stress with meditation, walks and painting.

    I just added beetroot juice to my list suggested by Clover :)

    Hi Charlotte

    Just seen this new thread so will chat on here with you :)
    well I ended up in Morrisons because little Tesco didn't stock Beetroot juice

    so I got
    Beetroot juice x 2 Cartons
    Pink Grapefruit juice (fresh) x3 bottles
    Brazil nuts
    Raspberry leaf tea
    EPO

    and they had these that they were selling off for £3 instead of £8.98 so got 2 boxes, they include folic acid and zinc etc

    I need to stock up on more fertility friendly fruit and veg but going to go tonight as I was rushing on my Lunchbreak

    I've lost a stone in the last few weeks, so hoping to continue to eat healthy lose weight , but more importantly to help me TTC

    I've also been researching Soy isoflavones but I'm a bit wary about anything that messes with hormones, so that puts me off, I was on Clomid for 7 months and they messed up my hormones gave me Ovarian cysts and I had a thin lining because of the anti Oestrogen side effect ...Soy is a natural Clomid so I don't think it would have many side effects but I'm not sure

    hope all this leads to Bfps for us :)

    I'm not sure about soy. Some websites say its OK some say avoid. I tend not to take stuff I'm not sure.

    Well done on loosing a stone! That defo is fertility booster. Grapefruit juice helps shifting those extra pounds too.

    Have you taken these pregnacare vitsmins before? I was thinking about them. Im not sure about folic acid it made my cycles too long. x

    Avocado is really good as well. Unfortunately I'm allergic to it. So can't have that. highly recommend adding it to your list :) x

    You know what the one thing I can't stand is Avacardo
    I wish I liked it as it's so good for Fertility, it just makes me feel sick when I eat it

    Grapefruit juice is good for weightloss? Wow that's a bonus
    I'm wanting to lose another stone but I'd rather get Pregnant! Lol

    I personally even don't want to use soy sauce when I'm cooking.

    Yes grapefruit juice flushes out fat!

    I'm carrying a post it note in my pocket to remind me how many glasses of water and cups of coffee I had.

    I'm cutting coffee down from 6 to 3-4 max.

    One hour and I'm heading to Morrison's to get my beetroot juice. The good thing is we are in the begginig of the cycle.

    So all this should improve our chances! x

    Yeah being at the beginning of our cycle is a bonus, the changes we make now could bring us our Bfps, ive been a bit lazy and ive forgotton to take my supplements and eat drink the right things, so this cycle I'm going to be super good!!!!

    We can do this Charlotte :)

    Today I only had 3 cups of coffee and already 5 big glasses of water.

    Going to get to 8 a day. Water apparently helps ewcm!!! Let's see if its true.

    Going soon to Morrison's and then will declutter the house ( reduces stress).

    I went to Tescos on the way home, only 1 beetroot juice carton left!:roll: I went to Morrisons and they had none left.
    So at least Ive got 1 to start tonight. Will go tomorrow to Waitrose, they always have everything there.

    I've drank half a carton of Beetroot and almost a full bottle of Grapefruit today, plus 3 cups of Raspberry leaf tea
    & water

    Oh and ive booked a Reflexology session as I've heard it can help while ttc

    Where did you buy raspberry leaf tea from?

    I read that beetroot juice is best if mixed with water just before meal.

    I'm good...just finished cleaning the house. How are you doing? x

    I've booked a Reflexology appointment for Monday after work

    I'm very low today. Got juice boxes stocked up in the fridge. Had spinach today almost 1/2 of a big bag. So I'm eating and drinking the right stuff but the mood is low.

    Have you had reflexology before?? x

    I feel the lowest ever. I hate this feeling. AF is very painful.

    I can't wait it to be finished.
