    Fitness dvds?

    I think its time to sort myself out :D

    Which have you got, if you have any?
    Are they any good?

    I've never tried any fitness DVDs but I am loving my wii fit!

    Ive got the liberty x one, some urban work out one and two MOS pump up ones... i pref the liberty x one to be honest and the urban one is pretty good as well got them both for under £2 on amazon cause they are both pretty old now!!

    I have Wii fit too but it's not energetic enough for me.

    I'd go for a boxercise DVD- looks like fun!

    the Nell McAndrew one's are good, but they are really hard!!

    I also love Davina's power of 3 and the original ministry of sound pump it up.

    It's gonna be a while before I have time to do them, I can just about put Logan down long enough to jump in the shower atm!

    Hiya Sarah,

    I've heard that the Davina one is really good. I've got Charlie Brookes and that's a good one, it's got a section for boxercise, a strengthening one and pilates so you can do some bits and not others if you're short on time
